I’m reaching out regarding an incident involving a paint purchase from one of your Home Depot locations. The can of satin paint I purchased was not properly sealed, and after placing it in my trunk, it spilled and caused damage to the interior of my vehicle. The spill resulted in paint setting into the trunk area and also damaging personal items that were stored there. Due to the time that passed, the paint dried and is no longer easily removable. I am requesting assistance with covering the cost of professional cleaning or replacement of the affected trunk area, as this damage was caused by an improperly sealed product at the time of purchase. I have photos and the receipt available if needed.

One thing I would say about this home Depot is they have everything that you need or want here they have rental trucks they have all kinds of rental equipment that you might want including carpet cleaners paint paint rentals things floor rental things I mean all you name the industry they got they got rental equipment for it not Indiana have every sort of building material they have washer dryers I mean they got it all.

This has nothing to do with this particular store but Home Depot in general. I purchased a fridge from them and purchased the extended warranty. The ice maker quit working. I looked online for a possible solution and it’s recommended to check for water flow, water flow was good. Then it was recommended to turn the fridge off for 24 hours. Did it and still no ice so I figured it was time to call the warranty people. Well let me tell you it was a terrible experience. The informed us that they would send an email with some instructions on what to check. It directed us to do exactly what I had already done. My father bought a generator online, received an email stating the order was confirmed with a pickup # and a pickup barcode . The next morning, he called in advance of driving down from WILLIAMSBURG to confirm it was there, was told a manager was standing right next to it and it was ready. He drove down and when he got there he was told there were none left. My dad pointed to a generator to the side and told them that’s the exact generator he ordered and they told him that was reserved for another customer. Instead of giving that one to my dad (which clearly my dad’s had been sold out from under him, guess it didn’t matter that he was a customer as well) he was told no. He was refunded his money but there are no other generators available anywhere else so hopefully the electricity does not

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience involving a $1,611 online order through HomeDepot.com that was ultimately handled through the Military Circle Home Depot. I ordered an item specifically unassembled in the box, but what I received was dented, broken, and already assembled, which made it completely unusable. This was not what I paid for. I immediately called to report the issue and was given a 10% discount, but the item still didn’t work.
