Home Depot is worthless if you try to order anything in store employees or lazy is all get out and will not do anything to help you out. I will no longer waste my time or my customers money at Home Depot.

Great for walking in to purchase what you need the same day. However, when you use their expert services like door installation or dishwasher installation, the contactors they hire are not helpful at all. A dishwasher was ordered and the installation guy dropped it off and said they could not remove the old washer, although we paid extra for washer pick up. He said we needed to remove the old dishwasher ourselves, but said he could not stay to let us quickly remove it. So he left the new dishwasher there in the kitchen. We had to remove the old and install the dishwasher ourselves. As we were doing so, we realized that the delivery guy did not supply the power cable, which took another week for someone to deliver it. We were also told the second guy coming out would finish the installatio

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do not buy appliances from The Home Depot. We recently bought a frigidaire gas stove from them. We checked out the burners and they worked fine. Three days after we bought it we tried to use the oven and it would not heat up. We have tried to get them to replace it, but they refuse to. They said they can't do anything after 48 hours. This is a fraud! They won't stand behind what they sell. Now we are having to go through the manufacturer and they won't come out til almost Christmas to "fix" it. Now we are going through the credit card company and the local Distict Attorney to try and get our money back. We are out over $1,300 and we won't have an oven to use for Christmas. I can't stress this enough.....DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCE FROM THE HOME DEPOT OR FRIGIDAIRE.

This is my go-to Home Depot store because it's the closest to me. I enjoy how clean, organized and always stocked. I don't know if they're always understaffed, but everytime I go in there it's hard to find assistance from an employee on the floor. When I hunt one down they're stocking and when I ask where a particular item is, they usually seem irritated that I'm interrupting their task. So I usually exhaust my own scavenger hunt before I then go to find an employee because I don't want to bother them. I'd like to end this review on a high note though. The older man that works in the paint department behind the paint counter is amazing! He's always busy but takes the time to ask if I need assistance. He goes above and beyond to help me find the right paint match. I've encountered him a few

4 months ago I purchased a house in Norman OK. Since then I have been to this store time and time again. They have been very helpful with every engagement and even after looking at other stores to compare prices I continue to go to the Norman store. Great folks, great people and great pricing.
