I had a return a gift I bought for Christmas. I was a little concerned because I bought it on Black Friday (over a month before) but there was no problem. It was fast and easy!

I received beyond amazing customer service from CJ and Max when they delivered a bulky worktable up 2 flights of stairs and in the snow 2 days before Christmas. Both men were very professional, friendly and responsive. I would also like to acknowledge Danielle a Manager who followed up with a phone call to ensure that the delivery was successfully completed. I highly recommend the North Haven Home Depot and their outstanding team!

If you're in need of high-volume materials, this Home Depot unfortunately is not a place for you. Despite a decent selection for bath fixtures, the parking lot, layout, and pick-up zones are not oriented towards contractors or high-volume users. Unfortunately, I've experienced exceptionally poor customer service here (aside from a few very good workers in the paint section or electric), overall trying to get help can very challenging. The isolated times I've been assisted by few good (older) workers here is what is keep this review from being in the 1-2 star range.

Today 11-1-25 an hour ago my husband and son came in to purchase a replacement toilet as ours was leaking. My husband asked an employee in the plumbing department to help him find the toilet we wanted and the employee told him that the department employee was out this week so he wasn’t familiar with the department. So my son said that there were 7 listed in the store inventory and proceeded to try and locate the particular web listing we wanted. The employee was all exasperated because my son was moving boxes which the employee should have been doing himself to help sell a $400 toilet. The employee was just trying to get rid of these two customers by telling them that this sales sticker went with that toilet when it clearly didn’t match numbers.
