This is a store I usually come to because it’s close to my house, and normally everything has been fine. However, my experience today was extremely disappointing. I came in specifically to buy a refrigerator. I clearly told one of the employees that I wanted to purchase the refrigerator and pointed directly at it. The male employee then called a female manager who was responsible for that area. However, she seemed completely uninterested in helping us and avoided speaking with us. After waiting for a while, I saw her again and directly told her that I wanted to buy that refrigerator, but she still did not respond or assist us. Great Service and a Beautiful Garden Center in Oceanside The Home Depot in Oceanside is one of the best-run locations I’ve visited. The store is clean, well-stocked, and easy to get around, whether you’re shopping for hardware, tools, or home upgrades. The garden center is absolutely beautiful—so many healthy, vibrant plants and a great variety to choose from. I even found a couple of rare houseplants I hadn’t seen anywhere else, which was a fun surprise. It’s definitely worth a stop if you’re into gardening or just want to freshen up your space. The staff here are helpful and knowledgeable. One associate took the time to walk me through a plumbing question and helped me find exactly what I needed. My husband and I went to this location to purchase a specific item. We ended up asking for assistance, and my husband was completely stoked on the customer service. Mark, Olivia, and Dave spent a lot of time and effort helping us look for what we needed, and they did an outstanding job. There was a discrepancy with the inventory of the item, so finding it was like a needle in a haystack. We ended up getting what we needed, and are completely impressed by the diligent and thorough assistance they provided. Mark was exceptionally fantastic and very kind and helpful. After this experience, we are sticking to home depot for our home improvement needs!!

We stopped in at Home Depot on our way home from San Diego. The store was well-stocked, and the staff was helpful. They had a great plant selection — healthy and well-organized. A solid stop for home improvement needs and garden finds!

Lemon Groce, Ca branch. Front end clerks are typically very helpful and nice. Hard to find customer assistance on the floor. Always well stocked. Frank, in the front/returns section is an excellent staff with superb interpersonal skills and very helpful.
