Refrigerator purchase took a month to complete. First delivery on Aug. 7th. It was very damaged. See pics below. Went to the store that day to report. Ordered a new one. It was delivered a week later. Inspected this one before entering the house. The back near bottom all smashed in near the motor. Refused it. Went back to store that day to get a third fridge. The appliance manager made numerous calls and got a third order in to replace original damaged refrigerator to be delivered Aug. 22nd. It never came. We called the HD delivery people. They notified the order was cancelled online by someone. We went back to store and ordered for the 4th time. It was delivered Aug. 29th. This was a horrible process. I had a negative experience I wanted to tell you about. My wife and I bought a washer and dryer. We scheduled the install for a Friday. We bought everything we would need to install them and everything was supposed to show up with the washer and dryer. The delivery guys show up a little before 6:00. They did not speak English. In broken English they said something about not having all the parts. They put the washer and dryer in my garage and left. My wife then called Home Depot to find out when they can be installed. After spending a hour and a half on hold she started texting with someone at Home Depot, I got home from work just went to the store. Joe went way above and beyond helping me find a tool that the website said it was in stock but it wasn't on the shelf. He looked and looked and found it. This was a Christmas gift so I was really appreciative.

They had items on the shelf that required a tear sheet to purchase secured items. I tried to buy an item and they were out of stock. I took a photo of the item's tear sheet with its price because I sensed a problem coming when I was told to go to customer service by the cashier to have it ordered. They wouldn't honor the price and it was on the shelf since April at that price. Here we are three months later. The manager asked me what he should do. I said do what is fair. After being insulted with his solution I walked out and complained on the Home Depot website. I did not get one response from them. Next, better business bureau. 👎

This is not the largest Home Depot in my area, but it’s my favorite because of the wonderful customer service! The employees are considerate, knowledgeable, and always helpful. Whether I’m at the service counter, garden section, wood cutting, or paint section I receive equal care and treatment. I’ll continue to shop at Home Depot when I’m treated like this!
