The Home Depot

A very BIG thank you to the store manager Josh. I have never experienced such great customer service appreciation from a store! Josh went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my kitchen countertop install, and quickly resolved any issues. Thankful for the paint crew for helping me with my many projects. There insight, suggestions, and encouragement are greatly appreciated! I feel like a valued customer at this Home Depot. Thank you so much !

I wanted to buy a Mansfield toilet valve seal from this store. It showed they have over 100 available to pick up. When I went to the store, I wouldn't find it. Then I asked the employee here and he wouldn't find it too. He suggested me to buy the other brand cost $7.98 instead the one I want $1.41. I keep asking whether that one was universal to mine and he said yes for sure. When I tried to replace that seal, it was not work, too big. Now, I tried to order directly online, but they had some technical problem and cannot process my order. What is wrong with Home Depot, nothing work. So so so disappointed.

Why doesn't HD contact their warehouse when they get their delivery of pellets for their customers pellet stove about all the damage bags they get on each pallet. Why are the employees who stack each bag allowed to add damaged bags to create a pallet. My ton I paid for including delivery had sliced bags and bags with water damage. The person at the warehouse clearly saw those damage bags yet still included them to make a pallet to put on the truck to be delivered to the stores to get sold to their customers & can't be used cause it will damage their stove yet this is still happening. Someone needs to contact that warehouse and stop those employees from stacking damaged bags to be sold and can't be used.

We went there to find a refrigerator. Found what we wanted and ordered some changes and additions. All went smoothly. Great customer service! Very helpful staff 🙂
