The Home Depot

This has always been the best Home Depot for me. Two different employees took the time to point me in the right direction, and Bruce really went above and beyond. I showed him a picture of what I was trying to fix, and he walked me through exactly what I needed and how to do it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the great service!

Absolutely fantastic service. Big shout out to Adam and Kevin. These guys know their stuff. They answered all our questions and helped us with the best options for our project. Even though its a bit further for us to travel to this location, we will definitely be back again next time. Thanks guys

I order some windows and patio sliding door on south chase Home Depot, the biggest mistake I ever made. The delivery was bad. Deliver de same order. In 3 different days. The order más a special side window, the windows arrive to Home Depot front the manufacturer I week before. I find out , 5 weeks later I call the manufacturer And ask here I purchased at Home Depot this windows. They say …. Ohhh that is been delivered to the store already. And no one front Home Depot. Call me to say your order is here. I call to do a follow up on my order. And there is when I find out that the order was setting at Home Depot. Doing nothing, then I say why you Home Depot. Didn’t call me to inform me that my order was there and we looking to deliver to you. Contact Home Depot or some. The

The staff here is extremely helpful. Everyone is super kind. No one looks miserable. Everyone is smiling. They actually seem like they enjoy their jobs here. We've had a great experience every time we come in here and need to ask questions or need some help unloading or reloading anything that we purchase or return. Very very great customer service here and store all around

Customer Service is THE WORST!! Went in to pick up a special order. I approached the Customer Service Desk and there were four women yakking to each other behind the counter. They saw me come up and kept on yakking. I cleared my throat quite loudly with no response. I did it again and one of them finally acknowledged me. She had to go out front to get a cart to go out back to retrieve my item, rather than asking one of he numerous male employees who were standing around doing nothing. I am never doing business with this store ever again!
