The Home Depot

This is my local and the closest Home Depot to me. I just LOVE coming in here during the holiday season. It’s always so festive and this year didn’t disappoint. The location continues to be well stocked, had a lot of gift options out, ones that I had not thought of but are pretty cool. They had the paint I came for that Randallstown did not have. I will continue to patronize my local Home Depot for all of my home improvement needs.

Has everything you need at a Home Depot. Big fan of the oops paint station if you like to do projects. They also have great options in the garden section. For some reason, the Home Depot bathroom is always perfect. I respect it. I needed wet/dry sandpaper and they had it!

Associates in the paint department were very helpful. The gentlemen helped earlier in the day was great. I had to come back with the paint because I chose the wrong color. Even though I could not return the paint or exchange it, the young lady who was working at the counter around closing time was able to remix the can I bought to make it exactly the color I wanted.

If you like loud obnoxious music and groups of employees socializing, nothing in the correct bin - come on down! It’s no longer a retail store, it’s a parody. Employees arguing, patrons having loud conversations and arguments on their phones. What a mess. They think you appreciate loud music more than you might appreciate an organized store. I updated this review with the video, just to give a flavor of what you hear while you’re shopping.

This store is full of so many wonderful workers! No matter what time of day I go, I am always greeted with good energy! Always a person around every corner to help. I would also love to give a special shout out to Shawn. He is always in good spirits and always ready to help. Deserving of a raise, promotion and recognition. Shout out to this store. The only good Home Depot in the area
