I came in early this morning, and Rick was amazing—like my personal concierge! He was patient and really understood what I needed. While checking out, Rocky helped me out quickly, which was a lifesaver since the line was long. I saw him managing everything with such kindness. As I was leaving, a woman lost her wallet and was panicking. Rocky quickly called for help, and Rick found the wallet, which most likely a kind customer found it and returned it. I just want to say the customer service here is fantastic; I highly recommend this store! I hope that Rick and Rocky can be honored and recognized for being excellent employees and really caring about what they do.

Home Depot! Outstanding service. I had the pleasure of meeting Mark in the painting department. This person went above and beyond helping me with a home improvement project. The employee was super knowledgeable, friendly and actually seems to care about my paint issues. He gave me sound advice and help on what products would suit my project the best. Never been to HD and had this level of service before. Mr. Mark thank you sir for the wonderful interaction. Will definitely stop by again for more products. If you are in the area and need help with paint products and projects go see Mark! AAA rated!!!!

Love this location ! Like a little hidden gem - nice and peaceful to shop and not a lot of crowds! I wanted to give a special shout out to Edna in the window blinds department ! She is truly an amazing resource and her service goes above and beyond! We were so happy to work with her and she made the process so easy ! We really enjoyed working with her !

Needed help with cabinet selection Alex started wasn’t very friendly then he realized it’s 30 min to the end of his shift and I needed probably 15 minutes of his he stopped and said you need to take appoint ment tomorrow, asked for Manager help Megan came wasn’t very helpful focusing on dealing with Alex rather than helping me, Lovely an agent who was very helpful set me up with virtual help on the next day overall terrible experience hope they step up they’re customer service to lovely level

We had an awesome experience at home depot with Mark in the paint department and at the self help check out....what customer service. Great, friendly and professional. Please let them know....they are great!
