I am close to the last person on earth with respect to any home improvement project so like Blanch Dubois, I depend on the kindness of strangers. There were a lot of employees who were very quick to help me find exactly what I needed ( I asked google what I needed cause I had no idea). The cashier- Sue- helped me navigate the self checkout.

I come in this store a lot . The staff are pleasant and accommodating. Yesterday Debbie and another lady with blonde hair and glasses made my day . Great customer service . Beware of Tina in customer service . She is rude and looks down on customers . She wasn’t helpful with printing my shopping pass so I can finish my purchase . She acted like she could care less until her manager Debbie came over and resolved the issue in 2 mins . Them after the issue she wanted me to go to the checkout with over 3 carts to re ring my items . As if I wasn’t already late for work after being there for over an hour . However my original cashier was so helpful she already reprinted my receipt and when I was trying to show Tina she dismissed me until Debbie told her to use the receipt and cash me out . Im ve

I was at self checkout today and bought a swifter mop. This white guy with glasses walked over to me and got in my face and told me that I was putting the money in the wrong place. Normally I won't get mad but the way he did it was rude. Not to mention he was racially profiling me. He was a jerk and he didn't treat me like a valued customer. Home Depot manager I hope you see my post.

The lady at the register accidentally charged me for several extra deck boards. I didn’t notice until after paying. I brought it to her attention and she claimed to have issued me a refund on a gift card. Well when I came back a week later to use that gift card the staff said there was a zero balance. I didn’t save the receipts unfortunately so I can’t prove how much was on it, but it was supposed to be $21 and change. I don’t know why they hire the people they do. Just use caution trusting them here and save your receipts!

Big shoutout to Mike R in the plumbing section! He really took the time to help me find the right shower pipe fittings for my bathroom. Super patient, knew exactly what I needed, and made the whole process easy. Appreciate the great customer service — thanks again, Mike!
