The Home Depot

Used to be so very easy, but now so much online and not available in store. Very helpful workers and friendly. Sometimes hard to find someone, but good for the most part. I have gotten to know great people in Promanade location in the paint department and flooring. Friendly and very helpful.

I was concerned that the garden center door was not open as I wanted mulch. At the service desk I met GIA who said she could call for help and that I could temporarily park my car by the door. Efficiently MICHELLE G. from the garden department brought 6 bags of mulch and loaded them in my trunk. VIC S. was passing by and helped. I am thankful as I needed the help and I was impressed by the friendly supportive service. I was also impressed at how well these employees worked together!

When they said they did not have the Emco door handle in store but they can order it, no thank you. I can go through amazon cheaper and faster. Shame on HD not keeping product parts in store. Its like being given the middle finger from a big box store because they only keep high volume items in store. Oh well, amazon wins again. Have it next day. Doesn't deserve a single star. (Since I cannot reply to your reply below, I already have the part in hand from Amazon, Emco. Not spending anymore time on this with Home Depot.)

I see lots of customers looking for help and trying to find associates. Unfortunately just like other home depot stores there is not enough workers. Sometimes I do their job helping customers find what they need or give advice. This is not just my opinion, I share it with the other contractors. I hope it will change soon!

They had staff very available to help retrieve my product from the top rack. I was out in 10 minutes. I noticed they now have a generous size crew to help you load your truck.
