The Home Depot

It's ok what can u expect it's home Depot. I think they should really train there staff to serve better the consumer. Me as a consumer hate asking someone for anything in the store . I rather use the app and find location of item so I wouldn't have to ask someone. For some reason there always in a bad mood and went u confront them they give u the wrong Isle to get u out there way .

Home Depot Plaistow NH is my favorite Home Depot. They have excellent selection of merchandise and fantastic customer service. I was so happy with all the help I got during stressful time of renovations. I highly recommend this store for everybody. You can find everything that you need for your home renovation. Unfortunately due to the pandemic many other stores have low inventory due to the pandemic but this store has such a wide selection of things that you can replace what you can’t find if you are in a crunch of time to order. I highly recommend the Plaistow NH location!

Don't use their machine rentals. I tried to rent a tractor to be delivered. Had a reservation, they charged my card, I was required to do a $25 training course - and the rental never showed up. I can't get refunded the $25 - and I still have a $700+ charge on my card, waiting for them to refund me. I also had to find someone last minute to get a machine from because they just never showed, no notice.

Customer service at this location is excellent. I finished shopping went to the self checkout and the staff there did it for me! Fantastic!
