The Home Depot

I just had the most pleasant trip to Home Depot with the best interactions from Erick in the paint department. He was very helpful and super friendly. I was also helped by an awesome guy in the machine sanding department, unfortunately I didn’t get his name. Great Job!

Tried to get paint, turned around for two seconds as I was asking questions and another customer cut in front of me and the lady at the paint desk just started taking care of her order, proceeded to complete her entire paint order as I stood there waiting. Blew me off completely. I thought I’d at least try to get the hanging plant I wanted for my room. I wanted advice on what plants would be best with my dogs and indoors. Kept getting the brush off and no actual suggestions. After 30 minutes of going back and forth and realizing the associate had no idea how to help me, I had to go back to work, my entire lunch break wasted here. Paint was overpriced anyway. Won’t be back.

Never in my whole life have I ever been approached by so many friendly employees. (While I wasn't really there for shopping; long road trip. Bathroom was needed. Quicker to stop here due to traffic than the gas station) I felt very taken care of and wish I was actually there for shopping. Very friendly and helpful employees. Bathroom was pretty nice too, but im more impressed with how respectful, kind and helpful the employees are.

If I could give zero I would. This store will give you the run around. I came in for a cancelation for a installment of a toilet. They were unable to cancel the install that day and ask that I wait until tomorrow. I waited and call them the next day they told me that I had to wait to cancel the install again because the lady was busy and they would call back. So I called the contractor and cancel the install with no problems. This home depot store was very unhelpful and i didn't receive a call back and had to contact the store a 3rd time to ask for a refund. The woman at home depot lacked phone etiquette. Laughing while talking to me over the phone and being rude when asking about a refund didnt thank me for being a customer or anything. I found this whole ordeal very unprofessional. I wi

I got a dryer delivered today n it does not work.the delivery men hooked it up turned it on and left.i was some clothes attempt to dry them and it doesn't get hot. They didn't see if it worked p properly after installing it
