Great experience at Home Depot! The staff was helpful, friendly, and made everything easy to find. I appreciate the quick checkout and good customer service

My husband was trying to get around a large forklift in the electrical section. A female employee with glasses came out of the authorized personnel only backroom and when my husband tried to get around the forklift with his cart, she tsk tskd him and then shook her head at him. I called her out. Rude people work at this HD

I found my items as quickly as possible to minimize how long I had to listen to the Christmas music they play. I got in line at the customer service desk but as usual the person ahead had an issue that grinded everything to a standstill. I carried my stuff to the opposite end looking for anyone else to help me buy my things. All I found was the self checkout area absolutely packed with people waiting and almost as many employees standing about chatting with each other. I was only asked by one person if I was all set and I just replied "yup, going to lowes!" What a frustrating waste of time.

Home Depot has just canceled my van rental about 30 hours before I am scheduled to do the job. And I got nothing from them as far as help getting another option. They took my money and basically left me with you can pay double for the box truck from another store. But I will have to take care of it on my own. I’m ashamed to say that I wanted to be a Home Depot Pro. Don’t recommend them for anything.

I would put 0 stars if possible As a customer who has nearly $10,000 in spend annually, and a Pro customer, you’d think they would value that loyalty and ensure accurate tracking of purchases. Instead, because of their own mistake, none of these purchases were credited to my Pro account. I had only asked for one of my larger purchases to be added. I was told "Nothing could be done". That means all of the benefits I should have received, rewards, tracking, business advantages, etc. are simply gone. Despite attempts to resolve the issue, Home Depot has shown zero accountability and has offered no real solution, or remorse. Is Home Depot so careless as to provide a simple solution to crediting a Pro account, that they are unable to provide a simple solution? What does that say about thei
