Used the app to find if they had what I wanted in stock. But the location that the app gave me was nowhere close to where the associate that helped me find the product that I needed. I was buying a humidifier and the app sent me down the aisle that had the lights but apparently the humidifiers were up front in between the register and customer service. Someone needs to fix the location on the app when they move items. But I thank you to the associates that took me to the humidifiers and they did have the one that I wanted in stock.

We are remodeling our house and used this store to order cabinets and countertops for our kitchen as well as all new windows and doors. The customer service has been great and everything we’ve ordered has worked out well.

2 out of 2 deliveries I have received from this location have had significantly damaged products. Their only solution is to come back out, pick up the damaged material, and send a new truck with more material. So, because their picking team is terrible, they feel the need to further inconvenience their customers by not only taking more time out of their day, but by forcing them to run around to achieve a resolution. I specifically avoid this location when playing orders because of this. No other home depot is that difficult to work with when they make a mistake. Guessing it rolls down from management.

I had an excellent experience at Home Depot Damonte thanks to Axel outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond by making several calls on my behalf to help me with a change of interest and didn’t stop until everything was completely squared away. His patience, dedication, and willingness to truly help made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Great service like this really makes a difference. Thank you Axel

September 27, 2025, 3:45 PM, Reno Steamboat store. Started as a 2 star, but Kyle saved the day, earning 5 stars. I needed an apparent "out of season" part, but item still showed multiples in stock. If rating was for first associate "helping" me, a weak 2 star. He found items general location, top shelf of racks, was unwilling to investigate to find the item. I flagged down Kyle. He got the SKU, grabbed a ladder, and grabbed my item. Give Kyle a raise, folks.
