I love Riverdale home depot! Always nice to visit and chop it up with the staff. They,always,have my order most times that same day if not first thing the next morning. Nice, clean, well stocked store. Always has what im looking for!

Went to the store to try to rent a tractor and talk to the branch manager named Britney, who is very rude at the situation was very unhelpful. She tried to say this was a policy of trying to rent a tool after question to ask her to see the policy she refused I recommend she should not be a manager at this store .she does not understand what she’s talking about and very unhelpful be aware of this situation.

I am very grateful towards the three women in the kitchen appliances section who went above and beyond to help me find an appliance that I was looking for. I only remember that one of them was a woman with glasses named Lulu, an older black woman with short gray hair and glasses, and a younger black woman with long braids or weave in her hair. They were very kind and helpful in finding the specific appliance that I needed.

Went to this location this evening around 7:30 PM, with the understanding that the store closes at 8:00 PM. The store was already closed, yet several employees were outside in their cars talking while myself and about six other vehicles pulled up expecting service. One employee opened his truck door, leaned out, and yelled “we’re closed,” then proceeded to make a shooing hand gesture toward us. The behavior was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. If the store is closing early, that should be clearly communicated, but there is no excuse for speaking to customers in that manner.

IThe staff is very helpless. I went 5 minutes ago . I couldn’t find the item what i need So I asked for help one lady to find scotch brite and I showed her the picture of the listing Sam’s Club . She said do you see it out of store pick up. I told her this app is not home depot this is Sam’s Club app. Then she told me for gave a minutes to check then minutes later she comeback and told me the item is out of the store for pick up. I said okay thank you . This item I really really today . So I tried to find myself again and i found it.
