Went this afternoon for a key to be made, I saw three workers just standing and talking. I approached them and asked if there was anyone that could help me. The older woman said “Right over there is a kiosk so you can do it yourself” She walked right back to her group. I didn’t use the kiosk because I never get a good key out of them. I went to Lowes after and they made my keys for me. No issues whatsoever, and Lowes is always great with customers.

Went in looking for a pressure valve for a well pump. Manager looked on his phone really never had an answer other than aisle 28. He gave off an attitude of I don’t care if I help you find it or not. One employee said we don’t carry parts for well pumps. It is on the website. Went to Lowe’s.

I had a great experience using online ordering and curbside loading for the first time with a larger order today. Quick and easy online experience, courteous and professional in-store experience. The Pro Desk crew is great! The loading crew was terrific too. Overall I was in and out faster than they projected.

They let people just pull up and park in the loading zone making other customers carry bags of concrete across the parking lot to load. Had 2 lot associates refuse to acknowledge I was after I asked them for help because their phones were more important. I asked for the manager to let Greg know how his associates were acting and they said he was to busy.

I went to Home Depot for a price on carpet. These people hound you, light up your phone several times a day. If you show no response they offer a new discount every day. Why do you not give me your best price the first time? This tells me you are ripping me off. They are relentless.
