I had an amazing experience at this location and want to recognize Skyler and Dahlia for their outstanding service. Skyler was more than helpful from start to finish. He was caring, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain our product options clearly and helped us choose exactly what we needed for our project. He also assisted us in getting preapproved for the Home Depot Project Loan, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Dahlia was just as incredible. She stayed on top of everything and made sure all the details were handled efficiently. She ensured the entire process moved along seamlessly and followed through every step of the way. Excellent customer service! Mark (assistant manager) was polite, respectful and prompt with his service. We returned a stove range that was past the 48 hour return date and he was very kind and cooperative in coordinating the return. Highly recommend this location. 5 stars for excellent customer service skills. Thanks Mark! You’re a gem.

I was meeting my boss to leave my car and ride the rest of the way with the boss. While waiting I needed to use the bathroom. So,I walked way across the parking lot.I parked way out in the parking lot. I did my business and no business with Home Depot. The men's bathroom was acceptable and I would visit it again if needed.

They started making fun of my accent, saying that I was "from Russia," even though I'm from Ukraine. In the end, they completely refused to help and said that they "were already closed and needed to go home." Incredibly rude and humiliating treatment. I don't recommend it to anyone.

This Home Depot on Holcomb bridge road in Roswell is pretty good. Most of the associates are very nice and quite helpful. Tbe store is always stocked well and things are easy to find. And the location is quite convenient as well
