Outstanding customer service! Huge thanks to Jazz (ASM), Joel (Home & Garden Supervisor), and Kratina (Customer Service Rep) for going above and beyond to make my new grill purchase a dream come true. Jazz showed incredible leadership and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Joel was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me choose the right grill. Kratina tied it all together with excellent communication and follow-through, making the entire process seamless. This team turned a regular shopping trip into an exceptional experience. Home Depot is lucky to have them — 10/10 would recommend!

I ordered online because the store showed that it had three in stock and I was willing to pay the $35 delivery fee for the toolbox that I had to have today because it said they would deliver today. They canceled the order and did not even tell me. When I called customer service they said that the store realized they did not have any in stock. Things get stolen and can cause your inventory to be off by one or two items depending on the size but this is a toolbox. How do you have your inventory wrong for three tool boxes? How do you cancel an order without even notifying the customer they're not going to receive the product when they have your phone number? All I got was an email notification that I would get a refund in 10 days because I used a debit card. Customer service told me that the

I had a great experience at the paint department thanks to Audrey and Helen! They were both incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, helped me choose the perfect colors, and made sure I had everything I needed for my project. Their professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. Thank you both for making my trip to Home Depot such a pleasant one!

Stopped at this location to purchase paint. The associates were new which is totally fine but their supervisor Audrey was not patient with training them to provide great timely customer service. She was not polite at all. She was very frustrated. She later apologized to the awaiting customers but as a person in management she needs to do a better job at handling stressful situations. The checkout attendants were very friendly and helpful.

Well stocked, clean, and organized store. Wonderful customer service as well. Joshua had a fantastic positive attitude and was very supportive with finding the materials I needed for my project. Ximena was very helpful at the check out too. Overall I had a wonderful shopping experience, would recommend 👍👍
