Linda H was incredibly helpful when we needed to purchase a new refrigerator. She was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. There was a great selection of merchandise. They have frequent sales They offer a military discount on most items. There was plenty of parking and it's easy to locate.

Went to get a paint sample on 2/19 around 7pm and was surprised by how antagonistic and dismissive the paint counter lady was. Awful experience. Didn't answer any questions and instead dismissed what we were trying to explain: that the previous homeowners may have used outdoor oil based paint in the house so we wanted to see if that would be an issue and what paint to use if it is. There was no way we were getting to that question because she kept cutting us off and shoving her opinion at us with a bad, impatient attitude.

I went to get a drill and some batteries, and Steven or Stephen, not sure on the spelling, but when I came in he greeted me and my wife, and he helped us tremendously, he was very knowledgeable, the kitty ears he had were amazing, overall the best experience we’ve had at Home Depot, thank you so much for your help!!!

This is the Costco of Home improvement stores in Kitsap. Come early in the morning or in the evening. Not on payday not on a sunny weekend. Half the time when you do curbside pickup no one comes you have to call the store or go in and get your items yourself. There's a good chance there's going to be a grumpy guy who thinks he knows everything yelling at an innocent retail worker. I've seen it a couple times especially at the rental encounter. You need a real ID and you need to scan a QR code to rent your item. If you're not capable of either one of those things don't be mad at the guy at the front counter. Keep it pushing.

Home Depot Silverdale Washington.......I spent about 10 minutes in the tool section. I knew what I wanted but, everything is locked up. I have no problem with that. However I could not get anyone to help. I saw people at customer service and checkout. They were not busy but, no one seemed to want to help. Won't go there again
