The Home Depot

Needed to grab a few items, stopped by the local Home Depot store. There were rows and rows of parking, which was properly lit, and very clean. The store was very well organized, shelves were fully stocked, and the isles were clear. The prices seemed reasonable and the check out process was easy, quick and very simple. Discounts at the register was very convenient with entering my cellphone number. All in all this was a great shopping experience.

I was helped by an amazing, awesome and great staff Williams Martins of the paint department. Very humble and sweet soul. He took his time to answer all my questions and gave me the best solution to my concerns concerning my project. Honestly I’ve never had customer service like he gave me. He made me feel really good. His personality is so amazing.

If you need paint and some resilient patience, go see my green Louis in the paint department! That man is a saint. He and his team in that section are all just really great and helpful folks. Thank you so much for a positive experience and for helping me fix a color I CHOSE but it wasn’t very liked by coworkers. Louis helped me get the color to be a little more palatable for my coworkers. Forever a fan!

Cavour at Home Depot in Springfield, VA’s Frontier location was very helpful. I returned the rental truck but inadvertently put in too much gas by mistake. Cavour was able to provide me a refund for the overage on the gas amount. He went above and beyond what a customer service representative would do, and he made me feel better for my honest mistake. By this simple act of kindness, I will be a repeat customer of Home Depot over any other competitor.

If you’re going to use literal bleach to clean your bathroom sinks during operating hours, maybe warn your customers especially when it’s still wet. My clothes (brand new) are now covered in bleach stains that can’t be removed and my fingers are red and irritated from touching it.
