On 12/22/2025 @ 2:40 pm here was my shopping experience at the sunnyvale's home depot it was excellent. I found what I needed for my toilet and at a reasonable price. The customer service was excellent at this store. A male employee helped me find the small toilet chain i was looking for, he walked with me to locate it. It was very hard to find but he took the time to find it for me. I really appreciate him finding it for me it is an important part of the toilet to flush. It has made my toilet flushing experience much better; avoiding from me sticking my hand in the tank's water and getting it wet to flush the toilet. I've been a non-official customer at all of the Home Depots in the SF Bay Area since before I could walk. This translates to me coming here as a baby with my Dad. It was always so fun. They used to have events to bring your family and they have out balloons and other free items for kids. I distinctly remember that as a kid and I might have photos to prove it. Fast forward to the present: My Dad pre-ordered some items that were only at this location. He sent me a screenshot of the barcode and the employee at guest services scanned it for me. She has a co-worker load it into my cart and I loaded it into the my SUV. I had to put the back seats down so it can fit but it worked. Cleaner than most other home depots, less crowded on a Saturday afternoon as well. We found the staff to be helpful in our quest to find some gardening supplied like trellises. You'll find pretty much all the other standard home depot products and services here. If you don't fin+ something, a Lowe's is pretty close by.

Recently in the Bay Area, my friends and I have used Home Depot's third-party delivery service arranged multiple times for Home Depot order delivery. However, during these deliveries, some contracted delivery drivers directly asked us for tips! We find this behavior inappropriate and unreasonable. From a customer's perspective, delivery fees are already included in the purchase, and being directly asked for tips creates an uncomfortable and unnecessary burden. More importantly, this practice negatively impacts customers' perception of the Home Depot brand and reduces their willingness to make future purchases. If third-party delivery personnel are not clearly regulated and are effectively allowed to solicit tips, it undermines customer trust and discourages repeat business. We sincerely
