My first time going to the Turlock store, everyone there was exceptionally helpful. I was stopped three times and asked if I needed help. Which I did. At the Home Depot I normally stop at I have to beg for help. I just want to thank the employees of this store for all the help and how nice every employee was.

Helpful people were easy to find. I was greeted by employees as they walked on the floor; when I did ask one person about the location of an item, they told me the aisle, then offered to walk me over there--not necessary but appreciated.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Sonia in customer service. I called in to double check the stock on 2cuft bags of peat moss. Online indicated that they had 19 bag in stock when I needed 17 for a project. She kindly took my call and let me know she'd have a garden associate check on that for me. What really stuck out is after a few minutes on hold Sonia took me off hold to let me know that she did get ahold of an associate. He was checking on those and that she'll have an answer for me shortly. Then she apologized for the wait and thanked me for waiting patiently. Good customer service is scarce lately.
