I want to give a well-deserved five-star review to the customer service team at Home Depot in Uniontown, PA. On Christmas Eve we had a stressful mix up when we ordered a new propane tank through the DoorDash app, thinking it would be filled, but it turned out to be empty. We were planning a seafood boil for Christmas Eve supper, and time was quickly running out. I rushed back to the store just in the nick of time as they were closing early for the holiday. At first it looked like the tank would not be able to be returned because of the timing, but I asked to speak with the manager. Christina and her team stepped in and completely turned the situation around. They were kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help us. Visited today Jan 3 2026. Asked to get some wood cut. Guy from gardening came and cut tue wood wrong then just walked away. Left the wood in the machine. Stopped another employee with broccoli hair and he didnt care about what happened and also walked away, I had to call the store to have someone come back and cut. A lady came back and cut it correctly. This place is very unprofessional and people here do not care about assisting customers. The woman that came back was the most helpful out of about 5 employees I spoke to.

Vincent in the tile area was super helpful! Found us our specific dryer belt and had it delivered to our house.

Notice the website doesn't always reflect where items are. Today I was on the hunt for 2x2x8 pine, said isle 15 bay 2. Absolutely no wood on that side, it was around 5 isles over. Every single piece was chewed up, massively damaged, and twisted so badly you didn't even need to look down the length. Found 1 that didn't look like it had been pulled out of a bombing but still looked like it was from the salvage scrap yard. Sad to see homedepot is doing so poorly they can't afford to source even mid grade wood.

I can't say enough about the PRO desk staff. !!! Anna , has been a great help to me and very polite and professional. Also the other gentlemen that work there who's names I do not have but I will not forget. Thanks again 👍
