I’d like to thank two Victor NY Home Depot employees, expert kitchen designer, Sarah Ackerman, and appliance consultant, Jenna May. Sarah is a dedicated, talented, knowledgeable, efficient professional. She is a great asset to her team and made my experience an easy one. Jenna is a knowledgeable, energetic, insightful young lady. Her professionalism is a great asset to her team as well. Both ladies were a pleasure to work with and I feel very blessed to have met and worked with them. This home depot is located next to Eastview mall on route 96 in Victor ny. The parking lot is clean and safe with handicap parking close to the entrance of the store. The interior of this store is clean and organized. Home Depot has a large selection of building products needed to build or remodel your home or business. They also have a large selection of seasonal theme products. Thanks goes out to all of owners and employees who keep this store full of my needs and wants. Gerry

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company on January 26, 2024. On that day, Anthony L. Petruzzo, Lead Kitchen Designer, visited my home for a scheduled appointment. Mr. Petruzzo arrived early and appeared to rush through the appointment. Upon entering my home, he did not remove his wet shoes, leaving a trail of dirt throughout the hallway. His conduct during the consultation was equally disappointing. When he asked whether I preferred new cabinets or to have my existing cabinets refinished, I informed him that I wanted new cabinets and intended to pay by check. He immediately responded that I would not be able to afford new cabinets because they were “way too expensive.” He then asked if I planned to finance the project. I reiterated that

I rented equipment, purchased in stone and picked up an online order for several projects I was doing this week. Great, friendly and fast service on all transactions, not to mention Home Depot has everything I need...except masonry brooms. But everything was excellent.

We tried to return 2 never used 77 gallon totes that I definitely bought with a card. Didn’t show up on my card and was refused store credit… even for one of them. The clerk was rude when we asked to speak to a manager. Since when does Home Depot not give store credit???
