Love this home depot...What ever I need, they have it in stock. However it is a hit or miss with service. Some days - impeccable 5 stars👏🏼...other days meh🫤

Best customer service goes to John and Greg in the rental area, we bought a tool and ran into some issues, but they handled it with great customer service. And kept us laughing while we were in a tight spot. Props to them for handling us and keeping professional.

Mari and Michaia Mari, what can I say about this employee? She stopped two thefts save a store over $300 I was so amazed by her professionalism and she kept a smile on her face. This store is a target for theft and they come in groups, but Mari was able to stop two of them today Michaia backed her up awesome manager I will be a regular here now you have great employees that go above and beyond thank you

The absolute worst service I ever experienced! Ordered a washer and dryer online - first crew they sent was beyond rude, refused to hook up the machine and delivered a defective product. 2 weeks later, they sent another crew — Home Depot did not communicate with the delivery team and so yet again I am stuck with an unhooked machine. I have spent $500 at the laundromat because Home Depot continues to screw up! Save yourself the stress and avoid buying appliances from Home Depot. The worst beyond worst - they will do nothing but cost you money because they cannot do their basic job correctly.

If you plan ahead for what you want and determine what aisles you need to find things, it makes it much easier and quicker once you get to the store. Cell phone coverage is non existent once you get in the store.
