I was in twice this week, first time only two associates spoke to me, both had coach badges on. Second trip very nice young man Jamie stopped and we talked. The. Christian, OFA, spoke to me as he passed but later checked in with me and also had a great conversation. Later at check out a gentleman named Vlad was super friendly, personal and seemed to really care about his customers. If you had a store filled with associates like them your store would beat everyone in the district! Kudos to those three for making my shopping experience fun.

Employees are great and very helpful. It's amazing how most of them can tell you the exact isle and bay number a product is on. Online is not a good indicator if they actually have something in store or not.

I asked the gardening cashier for help with 20 bags of rubber mulch, but he told me there was no one there and that I should move along so he could continue serving other customers. So I ended up doing it myself with my daughters and my 12-year-old son. I've been a Business Pro member for several years and spend over $10,000 a month. I've visited several Home Depot stores in California and Texas and have never had any problems, but this is my first time visiting this Wake Forest Home Depot, and I had issues with the service.

Do not trust this location to fulfill your order! The manager Chris literally has one of the items I ordered on display, but is choosing to cancel my order instead of fulfilling it because of a “system error” - literally choosing to display something instead of fulfilling a customers order that has been paid for. Scammers!

James in plumbing really made our day. He used his skills to really help us get the right parts. He made our visit a pleasure and a success. .
