Clean store, well trained staff that are attentive and informative. Every part of the store was well organized. Also they display the items with the labels facing you. It makes shopping there easy and enjoyable.

Sent my husband to Home Depot to get a simple paint match. He stood there for about an hour (if not longer) while the employee just kept walking around in circles not knowing how to do his job. It came to the point of needing to say if you are unable to help me, is there somebody else who can? Three other people had to jump in and try to help this employee. I’ve gotten paint matches many times, but will never go to Home Depot in West Seneca to do that ever again. I should’ve went up to the Lowe’s at five corners in Orchard Park, not only would they have been able to get the task done in a timely manner they definitely have better attitudes and customer services.

Carmen our sales person was great when we ordered our new GE Dishwasher. Very helpful with everything!! Can’t say that about the delivery process of Home Depot so far haven’t received our dishwasher. Was supposed to come Nov 11th. That was cancelled and was offered a 50$ credit for our trouble when we receive the dishwasher we should call for the credit. So far ok they were going to deliver it Nov14th today. Got a email cancellation until Nov 18th. Nothing they can do they said coming from the vendor and no more compensation for the second cancellation. So now we wait again to see what the 18th brings. If they don’t deliver it on the 18th I’m pretty sure I’m going to cancel the whole thing. Doubtful I will order any appliances from a Home Depot again. I’ll update if we ever get it!

I called ahead to see if my item was in stock. The store answered quickly, transfered me to the appropriate department which also answered quickly. The associate put eyes on the item, pulled it for me and left it at the service desk. Very pleased with my service!

Came here on multiple occasions to buy damaged goods or items that where opened unless I escalated it to the manager not a single employee was willing to just discount the product stating :,, I can't do that only the manager can" Last I checked in the home depot guide book it says all employees are allowed to discount a product up to 50$ to help close a deal. Anything over that needs manager approval. I'm not here to steal I'm not here to take any jobs I'm taking items that otherwise would have to be returned. Please make shure to get this fixed the overall disregard and sass I have been getting for 5 bucks off is making me not want to shop at any location anymore. One employee even chased me down to tell me that he was right and not allowed to discount anything until I pulled a previous r
