The Home Depot

No phone service in the store and the is so /slow that the Home Depot app won’t load to access receipts for returns, accessing orders or the xd pass. Can’t believe it’s 2025 and this store doesn’t have usable wifi

Awful! I bought a generator and didn’t end up needing it. I went back to the store within 14 days with my receipt, the unopened box and credit card I used to purchase the item. They refused my return and said they recently changed their return policy on generators to 7 days although that was never specified when purchasing the item. The manager at this store refused to assist in any capacity. I’ve been a customer of this store for decades and have spent tens of thousands of dollars here when renovating my house. It is unconscionable that they would treat a loyal, paying customer this way. Everyone beware and stay away from this greedy store that does not care about its customers in the slightest.

This is my go to Home Depot location. Every time I go there, I find everyone one really helpful and they go the extra mile to make things right. Thank you to Danielle, Jill, and the other Pro Desk staff for helping me out today. Greatly appreciated!

Absolutely terrible service to rent a truck…. 3 separate times and I show up and they don’t have the truck. I paid 5 people to move me and had no truck. Rent from somewhere else. Very lazy people in the rental area, that don’t check trucks when they return. Give your money to a different company. Those are pictures of there bigger trucks that they should’ve offered at the same price but wouldn’t. 10 out of 10 go somewhere else!!!
