The Home Depot

3/9/26 @ 9:30pm Usually a great Home Depot; clean, stocked and friendly staff. Unfortunately tonight dropped the 5 stars ⭐️ to a zero. The female employee doing the closing announcement couldn’t be anymore obnoxious. It was obvious she wanted everyone out of the store an hour ago. Her 2 announcements went on and on and on. She was on for over 2 minutes straight each time! She repeated over and over again the time the store closed (10pm) and how much time was remaining (minus 5 minutes.) I checked out and was out of town the store at 9:48, and she locked that door right behind me. Couldn’t get me out fast enough.

We rented a box truck today at this Home Depot and it was an incredible experience! They had a little bit of trouble with the computer system, but the staff was incredibly friendly and got it figured out for us! Easiest rental experience I've ever had, would absolutely recommend Home Depot and Jack and Sam and the other gentlemen at the customer service desk to anybody. Thanks y'all!

The people at the customer service are super helpful and very kind. I had an issue that was able to be resolved by Sam. He was very helpful and went above and beyond. Not many companies have people like that anymore and im very appreciative of that. Best home depot ive been to in a long time. Even everyone walking around the store was nice and helpful.

Phenomenal staff. Thank you Lew!! I was there yesterday looking for a large box to ship a musical instrument I was selling on eBay. Unfortunately, they did not sell a box large enough, so one of their employees, Lew, spent nearly half an hour with me folding and cutting a used appliance box to fit what I needed. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!

Jake was wonderful, he saved us so much time! He was so helpful. Very friendly! Thanks for your time in helping us. Hubby is super happy with his new Green tool box!
