needed help in appliance but the only worker around was with someone else assisting them. just wanted to buy a microwave but instead of asking he said he was going to find who works in the department. no one ever showed. we walked away and there were 3 employees just walking and laughing and another employee sitting on a bucket scrolling on his phone. employees here are not here to assist and work. sad the hardest worker was the elderly cashier. worst customer service experience

Love coming to this store early in the morning. Aisles are pretty empty and every employee asks you if you need help or are finding everything okay. One employee today let us know Halloween decorations were half off so we promptly checked those out and grabbed a few items. Everything is neat and stocked well. The Lawrenceville-Suwanee location is equidistant for us, but we prefer to come to this one due to traffic and overall environment.

Good customer service, fast, I came for some paint, they had it ready very quickly, even though the blond girl with curly hair, was not so kind with people, they have pretty door designs

JASON THE MANGER AT WIDER GA HOME DEPOT TOTALLY SUCKS. I had a home depot delivery. They left my milwaukee tools in the driveway raining instead of putting them under the front porch. I took them back to home depot . But Jason the manager refused to take them back. He was a total jack wad about it. I didn't leave them in the rain. I have no fault here. The end result was i have to take them back where i got them. I got them online. Thank you Jason for your help and support....
