I had an appointment booked out a month in advance. The morning of, (about 30 minutes before the appointment) the worker called me to tell me his van wouldn’t start and he would give me a call whenever he was headed my way. I understand that car problems happen, I’m not upset by this. However, I had to step out about an hour and a half after the appointment started. I called to tell them this and to ask an ETA, no answer. So after four hours of waiting and no response to phone calls, I had to leave. Approximately five and a half hours after the original appointment they were finally able to get to my appointment, which I appreciate.

Blake is the owner and takes superior pride in his work ethic. Should make a difference and it does. No short cuts here. BTW/ I’m always suspicious reviews are written by relatives and I can assure you I’m not related or a personal friend . ( off KK / OAK CREEK) I have had several companies to clean our carpet in our home. Went ok I guess or should I say “ I thought so?” Once Blake arrived with his high tech machine, cheerful attitude (3 hours in my house I don’t need “grumpy guy” cutting corners) that combined with a professional presence and top notch end results , well that made me realize exactly why I wasn’t jumping for joy with the other carpet cleaners.
