The Lock Doctor

Bill Timman knows his stuff. I have a lock from an ebike that had no keys to unlock the battery from the bike. Bill pulled it off. I had called another locksmith and he said no way can this be done. Well Bill from the Lock Doctor did it.

Very nice staff at The Lock Doctor. I visited this location after having issues with a deadbolt fix I recently had made. The staff helped re-check my deadbolt and reset some areas to help resolve the lock to work on my door. They didn’t even charge for the alteration. Unfortunately my door did not cooperate well with my installation and I had to return to purchase a completely new deadbolt. The location is only open until noon on days and I would recommend them for any lock related issues you may have and also you help support a local business. 👍🏼

Had my front door lock redone at very great expense and less than two years later here I am with a door that won't lock and unlock properly, hoping I can find anyone in the area who knows how to do their job right. Stay away from this incompetent business.

Boyfriend locked the keys in the car. We were at Famous Smoke Shop luckily I asked Sean if he knew anyone in the area who could help us out. Kindly assisted us and called Bill who came within 20 minutes or so. Got the job done quickly and since we called after hours helped us with an affordable price. Bill was very nice and got straight to work. Highly recommend!

They showed up exactly when they said they would. The locksmith also got the job done extremely fast, which is great. However, I got charged an arm and a leg for a 5 min fix. If the price wasn’t as high as it was for such a quick simple job, I would have rated higher. The work excellent, the price... not so much. Update, While I do not appreciate the condescending and passive aggressive questions in a reply from a vendor, I will add 1 star for accuracy of job. The question...pertaining to if charge was indicative of an hours worth of work or 10 minutes of work... If a job is charged for x price for 10 minutes should you spend 1 hr to validate a charge? No, the question should then be posed, if you charge x for a service and validate the time should the 5 min job then be adjusted accordin
