The Lock Shop

Excellent service and selection of Emtek products. I was lucky to find exactly what I was looking for in stock at the Lock Shop! I was so impressed by the customer service in Wakefield. Truly above and beyond. I highly recommend Jeff and his team.

Jen was super helpful in cutting a new key for my Toyota key fob today. She was super nice and efficient. Highly recommend.

As a design-build firm we have used the lock shops for all our pocket doors and entry doors as well as interior door hardware- quality is 2nd to none and they come out when we need them to in order to keep us on schedule with the houses we build! Good people to deal with- you get what you pay for and we always get quality with Lock Shop! I even just called in today to order some hardware and to purchase 3 exterior locks, they had what I needed in stock and they are installing this week to keep our project on time and get it secure! Thank you guys!

They charge $6 for a spare key to be made if the blank is from them. If the customer provides the blank, they charge $20 per key. They are in the business of selling keys so don't expect you will save money by getting the blank key yourself. This is not an emergency situation. They simply asks three times more of already hyped price when they don't have to provide the blank. It is funny that the manager used the analogy of bringing our own burger to McDanolds to compare having the keys made with customer's own blanks. This person's greed has no end. I am sorry for anyone who work for him.

We've been everywhere with no success,but here, we were able to get a key to fit our bicycle battery locks. When everyone else said no, it was done here. Trust me, these bicycle battery locks are so exotic, that even an older kawsaki key wouldn't work right. But, we found a key, the last one he had and it works well for a good backup key! Thanks!
