I am Billy Soots owner of The Master Craftsman, Inc. I would just like to rebut the review of Daniel Havens. First of all he has never been a "customer" of MCI. He was a tenant to one of my rental homes. You can check the Brunswick County Clerk's record and see plainly that he has a judgement for basically tearing up my home. His review is no more than a child saying I didn't break the window with a rock in his hand and one by the glass. I have numerous references if you would like to call and ask. I have been working and living in Brunswick County for 37 years. Mr. Daniels word is no better than his housekeeping.....

I am using my daughter’s email as I don’t have one myself. I flooded my bathroom, bedroom & walk-in closet recently, ruining the carpet, furniture & cabinets. Mr Soots did the restoration. When he was done it was beautiful!.i would definitely recommend his company. Dorothy Chomicki

No door would stay open unless stopped with a door stop, 2 doors were barely secured to the house frame and could have easily been pushed down. Also, the door bolt and jam (hole in the wall to lock/shut door) didn't line up by approx. 1 inch. Molding/trim is gaping/bowed out in the center away from the walls. Patches on walls were left unpainted. The closset door in upstairs bedroom wasn't even attached and had to be set aside. Ceiling fans were missing glass domes and never replaced. No repair was ever made on any of these issues. Company is very quick to charge extra fees but unwilling to correct any issues with their, "Master Craftmanship". This company loves to play the finger pointing game. Research found that they had claimed bankrupsy. After dealing with them, It's clear w
