The Morgan Garage (Propark)

This is a great spot to park for a few days if you are driving to NYC. Safe, secure, wide spots with nice elevator. Easy to get to Grove path train to the city. We will definitely use it again as we drive an SUV and they don’t charge for oversized vehicle. Nice staff too.

Best place to park in Jersey City hands down. Doesn’t cost a lot and it’s very clean and well kept. I appreciate how secure it is as well- you can’t get into the garage without your parking ticket (so be sure to keep your ticket with you so you can re-enter). The spots are a bit tight but you’re also a block away from the Grove St. Station which is super convenient for a commuter or if you’re visiting!

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t you ever dare advertise this place to be open 24 hours when I can’t even get my car out after midnight. Think about anyone else who is looking for parking just to get to any of the hotspots around Jersey City. It’s really inconsiderate that you would open this garage up for business to people who only need parking and don’t even reside at The Morgan. I now have to swallow a huge chunk of money for a stupid parking spot and have to come back to Jersey City the next morning to retrieve my car. Such BS to be honest.

The worst customer service. We parled using spot hero for the first time, so we understand we misunderstood a few instructions and got charehd. When I went up to the dude at info centre there for some clarity, he refused to help and refused to even provide a customer service number. Very unprofessional or either completely uninformed staff. If u don't even know your own company's customer service then why do we even need them. The parking instructions are very confusing at the garage.

I’m used to be a monthly parker here when I lived in JC. Here’s some of the many issues I had there: (i) horrendous customer service (ii) can’t issue multiple cards per account so you’ll always have to pass the card around between your family (iii) elevator constantly broken so you have to take the stairs (iv) they treat their employees horribly - they don’t even have AC or ventilation in the parking office where employees sit 24/7 in the unbearable heat. Unless you live on/near Morgan St, not worth it.
