I can’t even believe how many apologies I received from this business prior to even getting an estimate. While everyone I spoke to was courteous, I made several appointments for an estimate on removing a silo from my property where either no one showed or the wrong individual showed who couldn’t provide an estimate. Understandably, this is a busy time of year but the amount of times I’ve had to call this business to remind them of appointments or ask about the status of an estimate I would ultimately never receive, is just uncalled for. After several missed appointments and lack of communication or even a curtesy call saying, “we have forgotten about your appointment”, I had to move on because if it is this difficult to get an estimate, I can’t imagine trying to get them out here to do th
