1-3-2026 - 1st visit to Pellet Guy was great discovery, had no idea the business existed until I found them while looking for heating wood pellets online. Specifically looking for hardwood pellets at a affordable price, well I found the right place 30+ miles from me. I decided to do a trial of 2 different hardwood pellets, "Energex" Premium Plus and "Forest Fuel", took 5 bags of each, so far 48 hours into my trial I've found I like them both. Very reasonable ash in burn pot and each kind had a reasonable amount of "sawdust" in the bag. What a stellar experience! Used to buy from a feed store that was closer to us, got tired of the attitude from the woman behind the counter that scheduled the deliveries and started looking elsewhere. The experience with Rob from beginning to end was smooth sailing. Professional, friendly service AND at a better price?! Unbeatable. He has our business for the foreseeable future!
