The Pool Doctor 2

By far the best home related contractor experience I have had - ever! I had wanted a pool for years but put it off because I thought it would be a far more complicated project than I wanted to deal with. Zac made the entire project so easy and successful. He is really a master at his craft but also super helpful with suggestions and very patient and responsive to questions. He and his crew adhered to the schedule he outlined from the beginning and he explained the process every step of the way. The other contractors he recommended for electrical and the patio were also fantastic to work with. I don't generally post reviews but in this case, I couldn't recommend Zac any more highly!

We decided to have our old in-ground pool and patio removed and replaced. After soliciting bids from 3 different companies our meeting with Zack from The Pool Doctor 2 resulted in our decision to go with Zack. He was very knowledgeable of his business and had suggestions on tackling the project to keep it within budget. He was on schedule and within budget resulting in a smooth and effortless on time completion of the entire project. Kudos to Zack and Travis for a job well done and we will enjoy the new pool for years to come! We highly recommend The Pool Doctor 2 to anyone looking to invest in a new pool.

Zac and his crew were amazing. The real differentiator for the Pool Doctor 2 is that they do one pool at a time, and don;t start other jobs while doing yours. Start to finish, we had our 20x40 pool done in 7 business days. **That does not include patio. Get in line as early as possible, and you can be swimming soon. Also, the quality and care was tremendous. Our yard was torn up, but Zac placed it all back nice and neat so concrete companies, landscapers, and even shed installers can do their job easily. Quote was within 5% of estimate, not by Zac's doing...it was the yards fault. Truly a great experience. I used Zac based on a referral form an old client and I would refer the Pool Doctor 2 to anyone.

At the beginning of the summer I called literally 30 pool companies to installed my 18x36 rectangle pool. Quite a few companies called me back but after talking to a ton of people I decided to hire Zack, he showed up on time as he said he would and was very knowledgeable. Always answered my texts in a timely fashion and he always kept his word as to timelines and it was a great working relationship. I always knew what he needed from us and he delivered on exactly what he said he would. To say the least I am not disappointed with my decision at all. He always communicated with me as to when his arrival date would be, he even was able to get here a couple weeks earlier than expected which was great as he was a 6 to 8 week wait which I was perfectly ok with. Honestly I wouldn't have hired him
