We contacted The Pool Guy when we realized the person who was going to install our pool wasn't. We bought a pool kit from Lowes. When we first got in contact with Rob, he was more than happy to discuss install with us. Through the whole ordeal they were in contact with us. Letting us know that our install date was moved back because of weather, that our install date got moved up because ours looked like an easy install, questions about ground prep, extras needed to install pool, issues related to pool install, went out of their way when we found our pool kit had the wrong liner to call around and get the right one, stopping over at 8pm to hook the pump up and get the install finished. I couldn't be happier with my new liner. I had to have a custom liner made because of my pool dimensions. Bob took care of it and it fit perfectly without 1 wrinkle. He even worked in the rain to get it done for me. Top notch service and really nice guys. Thanks so much!!!! 👍👍

This company was professional and prompt! They quoted me a price in the fall and honored it in the spring. The liner is beautiful and the installation was well done. They hooked everything up before they left so I had nothing to do. My grandkids swam in it the same day. Highly recommend!

Bob and his crew did an awesome job installing our replacement inground pool liner. Professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They answered all my questions and ensured everything was done right. I highly recommend him and the knowledge/expertise he brings for anything pool related.

Great service, affordable and capable. We have had issues with our pool for past 6 years and we were given a variety of reasons why we kept having issues with the water staying clear. We recently replaced the pump after the pool guy of Lima pointed out that our system was intended for an above ground pool and our pool is 50/50 above/inground due to our deck. A month later our pool is still clear and the new pump was sold to us at a very reasonable price and still works great! Wish we had not messed with other pool folks for past 6 years. Very happy with his service and responsiveness!😊
