If I was just going to rate the septic cleaning services, I would give it five stars. But they also advised us to get risers because the access to our septic system was very deep. . It was expensive and it seemed necessary .We agreed and they said we didn’t have to be there. I wish we were because obviously we didn’t have a clear idea of what potentially was being done. The risers are well above the level of the yard and are distracting and disfiguring. The front part of my yard is where I have my garden and I don’t know how to cover those up and how to make it look good. BTW we emailed them with our concerns soon after the job and got no response. The one on the right is more elevated from the rest of the yard

The septic group was super friendly, accommodating and quick to get us in their busy schedule to get our septic system serviced. They were extremely professional, answered all my questions and worked with us and our pets to get this done so flawlessly that there was zero interruption in anyone’s day. I would and will recommend them to all of my family and friends for their septic needs. Fantastic company and very well priced. It was cheaper than our last service 3 years ago with a different company. They told us we had less to empty than what was originally quoted and the price was adjusted to match. It is amazing to find an honest company who is doing right by their customers. We will be customers for life because of the way they handle business and most importantly us. The customer.

The septic group has been our go to firm for all things septic related. They consistently deliver great service and value. Sean, who we had the opportunity to work with recently, was extremely knowledgeable and honest with respect to services that did and did not need to be performed at this time. We continue to be impressed.

This is a picture of their "cleaned" grease trap. There was still over an inch of grease I had to clean out myself. I called them because my grease trap was leaking out of the lid after one week of service. They didn't tighten the lid correctly and apparently didn't really clean the grease trap. I asked them to check and they said they would have to charge me to come back out. Horrible customer service.
