The Service Company

The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. In addition, any of the guys who have ever visited our place of business at Central Baptist Church, have always been courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable of the work they are doing.

Their techs only are trained in certain areas. So if you have a possible generator/ AC problem. They'll send out only 1 tech with knowledge of only one of those areas. That wouldn't be a big issue however. They start charging you the moment they start driving towards your house plus a truck/ service call fee and for me they didn't inform me prior to their business model, I've never had a service company charge like that. Only had some charge a service call fee. Not charge a 110/ hour fee just for coming out. The tech was nice and all but in the end after just inspecting my generator and trying out a couple possible thermostat timing tricks. He determined it's most likely an ac issue. And an electrician should come out next. So after just an hour of looking at my generator no actual repair

Top notch organization. Front office manages well and the technicians are professional and reliable. My go to company for electrical and plumbing and needless to say they keep my 8 heat/AC pumps and my 2 generators working when I need them.

TSC recently installed our new Generac generator! As always, they are professional and answer my many questions. They do a great job!

I called this company on a Monday morning to look at my AC they said someone would be calling shortly to make sure I was home. Didn’t receive any calls Monday or Tuesday so at noon Tuesday I called them back asked if a technician was coming the lady said she would tell the service supervisor to send someone out. I waited until 4:30 then called and canceled. I then called Heblon Heating and Cooling they set up a time for the technician to be at my house the next morning he called me before he came and was there on time. Also he was very courteous and professional. I’ve used The Service Company in the past I don’t what has changed but I never had this problem before with this company. All I can say is they missed out on my money. I had to have a new unit installed both outside and inside.
