On our first meeting, he took the time to evaluate, with me, what areas of my UGS system needed repaired, and what would be the best option for my lifestyle. When he came back to turn on the system, he took the time to make sure I understood how to run it. His follow-up, scheduling and professionalism were top notch and appreciated.
