The Tile Shop

Thanks a lot to the people at The Tile Shop in Mentor, especially Mellisa and Adelin (Adelin, I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong, but know that you have been nice and kind beyond). Choosing a tile pattern for our bathroom was hard, but they were so patient and knowledgeable that they helped us pick the right one, and we love it! If it ever happens and I have another project, I won't hesitate to come over to select my tile.

Had the best experience working with Stephanie. She helped us select tile for 2 bathrooms, and from the very beginning, she completely understood our style and what we were looking for. Stephanie was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful every step of the way. We are thrilled with how everything turned out and couldn’t be happier with the entire process!

On Saturday I came in completely clueless on what I was going to do for 2 bathroom remodels. Stephanie the manager was incredible, not only was she hustling around the store finding options for me and helping me with design work, she was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Tile Shop is so fortunate to have her, she is such an asset!

I went in to the Tile shop to look for tile back splash for my newly remodeled Kitchen. A very knowledgeable young man Zack greeted me. I told him that I like traditional, and I wanted something timeless. He immediately took me to this stone tile and I loved it. Mind you I had already looked at the box stores, and two other stores and I didn't find anything that I liked. I didn't want trendy. This really put the finishing touch on this kitchen. Thank you Zack!!! 😊

Brittany and Steve were exceptional to work with. Very professional …most important they care about their customers. Prices were very competitive and product selection was best I’ve seen.
