The Tub Guys

Three years ago (Dec 2022) we had our bathtub and sink reglazed by Patrick. The before and after pictures I took looked good! That’s not the case anymore. At the time we were told sinks glazes chip easily when items are dropped into the sink. However ours failed around the faucet handles. Clearly not a place we have dropped items. Unfortunately in less than 2 years I was seeing cracks and chips in both the tub and the sink. So I called to discuss their 5 year warranty on the tub and talked to Shane. He said he couldn’t find a record of our job in his system. I would have to produce an invoice number for him to consider coming out to look at our bathtub. I provided our contact info, work address & even have a copy of the check they cashed for the job. Despite all of this, Shane has not re

We had our tub re-done. It is looking good, but we were told, that from now on we can not use soft scrub, cleaning vinegar (unless diluted), we can not leave soap bottles on tub corners, etc. All listed above I used on my old tub finish without any damages. We paid extra 150 dollars for improved coating. We were told about all restrictions afterward. And one more note - all equipment used for refinishing tub should be a cleaned before it gets inside of the house.

Great work by The Tub Guys! It was easy to book and all of my questions were answered. Patrick was running late getting to our home as his other job ran long; he called us right away to let us know about the delay and keep us posted on his timing. We really appreciated the communication! Tub refinishing is a loud and messy job, but our house was left immaculate when it was all done. Took about 4 hours total. Patrick explained everything clearly to us when he was done including tips and tricks to keep the tub looking great. I highly recommend The Tub Guys! Thank you!

We had the bathtub resurfaced and it looks beautiful when finished. The worker was On time and ready to go when arrived and we were given a completion time. A fan with a discharge tube was set up to remove fumes and overspray however there is a fine mist that escaped out from the bathroom and left a fine dust. My wife suggested placing a dust screen outside of the room and disable the house circulation until spraying is completed. Also furniture should be covered by the homeowner.

The Tub Guys saved the day at our house. We sadly chose another company that although we thought was a local company, they were nothing more than a national chain and sub-contractor. They were at our house 10 hours and left it worse than what it started out at. The Tub Guys came in to clean up their mess, and not just the tub, but everywhere else too - then they redid to our complete satisfaction. Organized, clean and with proper tools and equipment to do the job. Great people too!
