One of their trucks ripped the cable line off my house, damaging the siding and another utility line. I was told it wasn't their fault and that the line was too low and I'd have to contact the utility company to sort it out with them. live on a side street with lots of lower hanging lines. I have lived here for a few years now and have seen multiple trucks come through here without a problem and no one has ever said anything about the lines. It just goes to show what kind of company you are that can't claim responsibility for your actions.
