The Westin Washington, DC City Center Parking (Propark)

Great customer service from the front desk staff- specially Katie. She helped us with a booking issue promptly and with utmost kindness.

Management permitted overbooking of the valet parking service, which was subsequently not honored. Despite this inconvenience, no refund was issued; instead, I received points to be used within the hotel chain. I find this practice unacceptable. I respectfully request a refund for the valet parking. I spoke with the manager and was told that there was nothing she could do because it was part of a package I bought directly from Westin Reservations.

Best Hotel in DC. Hands down
