I went to several window company showrooms to see the windows and meet the owners & employees. Hands down, Kyle at The Window Shoppe was the most knowledgeable and answered my many questions about the windows he builds. Better product than the other major window companies. I was able to tour the factory and see how my windows & patio door would be built. Kyle come out, measured and schedule the work. Whole house replacement. Kyle, Brad & Tyler were able to stagger the install to meet my needs. The install was clean and quick. I have worked with many contractors. First time everything was done the way I wanted. First time I did not have to anything to fix. I love my windows & sliding door.

Easily the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor and/or home improvement company! Kyle the owner came over and talked through the process, took measurements and explained that that they manufacture their own windows which is why it’s a top notch is experience! Ian and Josh were the installers and were friendly, hardworking and on time. It rained the first day of our scheduled install, so we had to push the start date out but Kyle’s team communicated great and we worked through that scheduling hiccup together. We decided to upgrade our old single pane windows in our Encinitas home and went with the Window Shoppe because I liked the idea of buying direct from the manufacturer and we didn’t need anything fancy. After speaking with and meeting the owner Kyle, who also came out for the estimate, I felt really good about the choice. He used his own crew for installation and they were GREAT…efficient, friendly, competent, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves! Kyle and his team of installers Isael and Jose were excellent! We needed new windows in about 3 weeks and this team delivered. They manufacture locally and do both new and retrofit windows. We went with retrofit and have been really happy with the quality and look
