I had a great experience working with this team. They installed both a new furnace and AC unit for me and did an outstanding job. They were responsive to emails and phone calls, very transparent throughout the entire process, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The work was completed in a timely manner, and everyone I interacted with was exceptionally nice and professional. Everything is working perfectly—I couldn't be happier with the service!

Back in Jan 2023, Theide Plumbing fixed a pin hole leak in a 2 foot piece of pipe above my water heater. Instead of replacing the entire 2 foot section of defective pipe at that time, they only replaced a 6 inch section where the leak was (assuming to save the minimal cost of 1.5 foot of pipe). The remaining section of the old pipe that was not replaced sprang a pin hole leak last week. I called Theide to fix it and again they did not replace the entire 2 foot section, only a 6 inch piece where the leak was. Now I have a 1 foot section of old pipe I'm waiting to start leaking. And when it does I won't be calling Theide to fix it, I already paid them twice in a year to do the same job, which is still not done correctly. They did warranty-coverage replacement work on our water heater which started to leak earlier this week. After negotiating the price and scheduling the work, their team of technicians arrived on time and finished the job in < 2 hours, and the result was good. I have use this company as a service from home warranty company. The company installed a central air condition with faulty leaking tray which resulted my ceiling to get destroyed by the water leaked from attic. Then while they installed the central AC system they mess up my thermostat wiring because person who done the job not electric expert. Now heating is not working because of their unprofessional work manner. After do a recall via home warranty company they never return a call to schedule a service to fix the heating..
