All these residential customers are not wrong dont worry they treat big companies the same. By far the worse concrete company I've ever had to deal with. We set a schedule for no reason they are going to do what ever they want. They are cheaper for a reason they whole suck has no clue what they are doing. Only nice thing I can say are the drivers are amazing sorry they have to work for that company. All large contractors really should use some one else!

Austin did an amazing job today delivering a load of concrete. He was thoughtful , professional , on time, friendly and very skilled in his job a great representative for your company. Our experience with TBH Concrete was amazing, and very successful! From the morning phone call I made to schedule a delivery, to the actual delivery of the product this afternoon. I first spoke with a gentleman who was courteous and friendly and very accommodating when working with me to schedule a delivery. He offered an early afternoon today, two different times tomorrow and anytime on Friday. Today it was!! When I was transferred to Leslie for payment and details of the delivery, she was also patient, friendly and helpful. We concluded our business and hung up so I was surprised when just a few minutes later she called back. She said she noticed the billing address was different than the delivery address and wanted to make sure there wasn't a mistake with the order. I assured her

If I could give them less than one star I would. We called last Monday for a delivery of 16 yards of concrete for a slab. When Friday came for our delivery it was a nightmare at first we were given 10:00 for it to be delivered then 10:00-12:00. When it was past time for the delivery we were told they were very busy and they would get to us. We did not get our delivery until after 1:30. The dispatcher was very rude and nasty I guess if you are not a commercial company your put last not what we were told. These people are not for residential customers. I would like to say the drivers were very nice and courteous. I would never recommend this company to anyone

As a home owner I needed some concrete to pour a new sidewalk and a footer for a retaining wall. Working with TBH was great. Both the Dispatch Office, and driver were very helpful in every way that could be expected. The driver was on time and was especially patient with us as we ran 5 gal buckets to fill our footer. I was very pleased with my experience and will be highly recommending TBH to anyone that I know who needs concrete. If I ever have a need for concrete again I will certainly go to them first.
